I ordered multiple products and only some arrived!
Don’t worry! If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses. We often send products separately. This means some items may arrive sooner than others, depending on their source.
Each package will have its own tracking number. If you haven’t received all tracking details, please check your email or contact our support team for assistance.
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
Shipping is FREE Australia wide! Orders are typically processed within 2 days and will take an estimated total of 6-10 business days to arrive.

What's your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy which covers you if your product arrives and is not as described, broken or never arrives. Refunds do not apply after 14 days has passed.
